Is The Club at Union Square the same as the Faculty Club?
The Club at Union Square was formerly known as The Faculty Club. In fact, the sign facing Highland Road still bears the former moniker.

What are the parking options?
There is a metered, pay lot behind the building. All metered spaces are in effect and should be paid from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays. The cost for metered parking is $1.50 per hour. Metered spaces are not numbered. When parking, note your license plate number and pay at any designated pay station. Contact Parking Dispatch at 225-578-5002 if assistance is required.

Can we bring in outside catering or alcohol?
All catered food and alcohol must be purchased through LSU Catering. Wedding cakes and specialty sweets from outside vendors are permitted and should be discussed with your LSU Catering representative.
How many guests can the space accommodate?
180 theater or ceremony-style seating
140 seated for plated meal
300 guests for reception-style events with space for seating, dance floor, and cocktail tables
Lounge and overflow seating also available in adjoining rooms
What about decorations?
Guests are welcome to decorate with centerpieces, floral arrangements, and the like. Open flame candles are permitted if they are in a container or votive. Unallowable items include: helium balloons, confetti, and silly string. No decorations may be affixed to any wall, fixture, or furniture item.
How soon before my event may I arrive to decorate the space?
Guaranteed access to the building is provided three hours before the scheduled event start time.
What is the cost to rent the space and is there a deposit required?
$500 rental fee paid to LSU, $500 Club setup fee and $200 insurance policy is required to secure the space.
